This Shipping Policy outlines our processing timelines, estimated delivery schedules, tracking instructions, and rules regarding address modifications.

1. Order Handling & Dispatch Timelines

All orders placed on thekitchenomics.com are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 to 7 business days from the date your order confirmation is issued.

Shipments are dispatched on regular business days, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped starting the following Monday.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier, delivery typically takes between 2 to 10 business days, depending on courier availability, transit route, and your destination location.

3. Tracking Your Shipment & Geographic Restrictions

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, a unique tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping Notice: Please note that international shipping is strictly prohibited. We currently only fulfill and ship orders to valid domestic addresses within our approved delivery territories.

4. Delivery Address Changes & Cutoff Window

If you need to change the shipping address for an existing order, updates are strictly permitted until 23:00 (PDT, GMT-7) on the day the order was placed.

To request an urgent address update before this deadline, please reach out directly to our support team at info@thekitchenomics.com. Once this cutoff time has passed or the package has entered logistics processing, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Shipping to an Alternate Address

Yes, you may enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address during checkout (e.g., when placing orders for gifts or workplace deliveries).
